  9.  ║    If you send birthday cards it may be useful to use PEAK MONTHS        ║
  10.  ║    to single out a month in advance of a birthday.                       ║

  12.  ║    If Peak Months doesn't interest you but birthday months do,           ║
  13.  ║    rename the field to BIRTH MONTH                                       ║
  14.  ║                                                                          ║
  15.  ║    To use:                                                               ║
  16.  ║    Place the month name here                                             ║
  17.  ║    Then when you want to pull up all clients that have a birthday        ║
  18.  ║    Press <S> to search the BIRTH MONTH field.                            ║
  19.  ║    Scroll there with the <enter> key type in the month                   ║
  20.  ║    Press <F2>                                                            ║
  21.  ║                                                                          ║
  22.  ║    All clients with a birthday in that month will appear.  Use the       ║
  23.  ║    Page/Down key to view.                                                ║
  24.  ║                                                                          ║
  25.  ║    If you are going to send a letter, use the mailmerge mode to print    ║
  26.  ║    many records or <L> to print one record.                              ║

  28.  ║    Note: Prepare your text first, then search and tag.                   ║
